CJ discusses reforming Sri Lanka’s Roman Dutch Law with his Dutch counterpart

Chief Justice (CJ) Asoka de Silva who was sent to the Netherlands by the President to visit his daughter and son in law has met with his Dutch counterpart Prof. Grimm J.M. Corstent and discussed the possibility of reforming Sri Lanka’s Roman Dutch Law. The Dutch Chief Justice had reportedly agreed to help Sri Lanka in the matter.
The discussion had been organized by Justice and Law Reforms Minister Milinda Moragoda who visited the Netherlands with de Silva and Court of Appeal Judge K.T. Chitrasiri had also attended the discussion.
