Prisoners from Matara Prison used for Alliance election campaign

Prisoners from the Matara Prison have been used to put up decorations for the rally of the governing party held in Matara on Sunday (4) under the patronage of the President.
These prisoners have been used to decorate the Sanath Jayasuriya Stadium and out up the security fence under the supervision of the Presidential Security Division. The photograph shows prisoners putting up the security fence for the Matara rally.
