The Supreme Court made this observation when a fundamental rights application filed by a student who was unable to enter Medical College due to the change in his exam results twice, was taken up on Thursday (6th).

The case was heard by a two member Supreme Court bench comprising Nimal Gamini Amaratunge and Chnadra Ekanayake. The case is to be taken up again on November 6.
